Спал фигово. Но встал в 9 и в 10 поехал в яхт-клуб. Сегодня сильный ветер, много гонял под парусом. Лодку сильно валило, второй парус ставить было страшно. Купались два раза. Жрали хлеб с сыром. Подновил загар. Нравится быть шоколадным. Успели до грозы вернуться в гавань. Как только всё собрал и закрыл - ударил шквал с дождём и градом. Удачно получилось.
Вечером решил побегать. Под дождём бегать - кайф. Нет запаха городского смога, нет пыли. Бежал по широким улицам - тротуары пустые. пробежал 5 км за 28.40. Чсв сияет. Asics для бега намного лучше Adidas. Ступни не болят совсем. Заказал себе ещё пару Асиксов на Озоне.
Щас попробую заснуть.
Довольный и почти счастливый.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
