Впредь буду засыпать вечером, а просыпаться по будильнику в 7-8 часов, чтобы восстановить режим. Да, заброшу сериалы и ночные переписки в вк.
Вообще весь этот год не буду жертвовать сном, сон - это важно, хоть 8, хоть 10 часов в сутки, это уже организм решает.
Что бы я ни говорила про то, что "мне важнее отдохнуть ментально, чем физически". Нет. Это всё хуйня.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
