Переживаю благодарность к БО , за то что он написал селекцию .
что я могла бы вот так прожить всю жизнь и ничего не узнать .
Мне охуенно повезло .
ощущения , что сдавливает в солнечном сплетении , сначала были мурашки по телу а потом стали неметь пальцы рук и морда возле висков и скул .
немного вибрации в голове и лёгкий холодок при дыхании .
когда отвлекаюсь , начинаю пытаться как то охарактеризовать ощущения , они проходят .
но когда возвращаюсь к благодарности к Бо появляются опять .
это не описать как приятно , есть понимание что это и есть жизнь .
хочется зафиксировать и потом впрыгивать в это ОЗВ .

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
