Важно помнить, что если мы кого-то критикуем, то берем на себя негативную карму и плохие качества характера этого человека. И также мы берем качества восхваляемой личности. Мы приобретаем качества того человека, о котором думаем и говорим. Но чем больше в нас эгоизма и зависти, тем тяжелее нам говорить о ком-то хорошо.
Тот, кто нас критикует, отдает нам свою положительную карму и забирает нашу плохую. Если вы что-то наметили, никому об этом не говорите. Если сказали, уменьшается вероятность, что это произойдет, особенно если вы поделились с завистливым человеком. Почему люди, говорящие мало достигают больше? Они не теряют энергию.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
