а сейчас просто поток слов из головы: геронтология, генетика, футурология, немагия, иравади
я обеспокоена что у меня плечи повернуты вперед. хочу над этим работать в меру сил и желания.
из-за самовлб\ранимости мне трудно разбираться в теме общения м\ж или просто общения. проще быть анахоретом. не уязвляется чсв. но, ведь можно делать микро-вылазки. вся проблема что я всегда "перебарщиваю" с высовыванием - надо именно дозировать, как мне комфортно. И не стыдиться, что делаю не так как надо, а так как хочется.
Сейчас я понимаю, что есть необходимость в самопрезентации. Так легче кого-то найти. Но параллельно я буду активно общаться - этого никто не запрещает

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
