Получаю удовольствие от общения с С.Очень талантливая девочка.Жаль,что мы в разных странах сейчас.У нее сломался телефон,хотел новый ей подарить,а она уже сама купила.
Когда взял к себе на работу,она сама не верила своему счастью,как это так,только получила диплом и уже попала работать в такое крутое место.А через год уже сама набирает себе сотрудников.Полностью меня заменила.Умничка.Через год снова к себе заберу,ей дальше расти надо.
Взял 4 человек с одной из прежних работ.Для начала достаточно.
Обычно не интересуюсь,чего достиг человек на прежнем месте,важнее,чего он может достичь.Помогая ему раскрыть свой талант,получаешь гораздо больше,чем просто нового сотрудника.Получаешь нового друга.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
