Хочу сказать, что разбираться в себе бесконечно-это опасно, можно увязнуть. и особого смысла от этого нет. если не получается: увяз-обратись за помощью, лучше уж решать все по мере поступления, чем когда это все задавит. смысл есть от другого: от взаимодействия, общения, набора опыта, чтения книг, творчества, то есть от действия, реального и вполне ощутимого, пусть даже только на ментальном уровне. Перебрасывание земли с одной кучи в другую является же бессмысленным? Вот и здесь самокопание бесмысленно
А еще я читал о том, что депрессией страдают чаще всего те, кому не хватает отцовских качеств, мужских

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
