Бывает, что человек ломается - бесповоротно и безнадежно. Бывает, что ломают его - вонзая поглубже свои несказанные слова и неистолкованные взгляды.
Психолог нарисовала на доске круг-гармонию-внутри-человека и сказала: "Как вы думаете, что будет с человеком, если он будет неуважаем, если он будет чувствовать только негатив к окружающему и самому себе, если его никто не будет понимать?"
Чуть не ответила - он будет мной.
"Он замкнется в себе, будет в вечной депрессии, а после... Вы и сами догадались"
На этом месте я нервно положила руки под стол, пряча под короткими рукавами и ремешками часов ненавистные шрамы. Если я и жалею, то только об одном - о том, что не удалось.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
