Смотрел кролик бо, о том, как он не устает обьяснять, что если херить одну часть своей жизни, то будут тормозиться остальные. Это каждый раз как многообещающее открытие.
Гуляли с Л. по острову, 25мин на пароме от гк и попадаешь в кардинально другую жизнь, размеренно-деревенскую, остров без машин, малолюдно, уютные вкусные кафе, нагретые за день камни и еще теплое море.
Переходил в режим "меня нет" много раз, пытался впрыгивать в психическое одиночество рядом с Л.
Мне с ней нравится и не хочется похерить все изза самопринуждений.
Учу новые термины из наук, учу англ., завел паблик-копилку фрагментов наук. Играл в агентов с фотографической памятью, после нее повышенная собранность и цепкость.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
