Спонтанное нслж в тыльной стороне рук, горле, внешней стороне верхних зубов, под языком, губах, правой стороне груди, тыльной стороне ступней ближе к пальцам, голове ближе к лбу. На 7-й день ДПО! Клево.
ЖКС 3-5 на фоне ревности и бспк за К - если бы не было бспк за то, что ее состояние может ухудшиться, то кажется не было бы и ревности. Пока легко это зачищать, возвращая внимание на свою жизнь и желание удвл для К, желание приятной жизни для нее. Фоном делаю ЦВ ревности со столбом, это стало привычкой.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
