- обсуждала с П проявления С ещё раз, согласна с ней, приняла одно решение.
- возникла ясность что не ведя списки проявлений людей, невозможно оставаться адекватным человеком, всё со временем вытесняется и замыливается, а люди чаще всего не меняются или меняются не значительно, чтобы список его проявлений через 1-2 года стал вдруг неактуальным. Завела свой первый компромато-фаил и мне нравится собранность, которая возникает от такого действия
- на себя тоже хочется завести такой фаил, я и про себя все вытесняю и всё повторяется по кругу
- 150 карточек английского за сегодня и хочу ещё, клево запомнила слова вчера и позавчера 94% правильных ответов

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
