День почти полностью проебал. Ощ себя пиздец тупым.
Понимаю, что вероятно забью на это, но хочу поставить запрет на просмотр стримов по харстоуну и просмотр пабликов со смешными картиночками. Все равно я же реально не озв исп от просмотра этого и значит это точно не рж. Сегодня я так почти весь день бегал от реальности. Остальные способы залипания оставлю, иначе точно забью на все.
Кончил 2 раза, на удивление, кроме слабости болезненных ощ вообще не набл, хотя кончил механически. Обычно после оргазма сильно яйца болят.
Поспал днем и видимо вся ночь есть на рб. Хочу поэкспереметировать и "заставить" себя рб, посмотреть, что будет. Реально постараюсь не отвлекаться и не бояться.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
