знаешь, ненависть к себе — очень глубокое чувство. можно сравнить с зерном, которое с каждым годом прорастает в человеке все больше, своими стеблями и листьями оплетая вены, кости, мышцы.
если смотреть на это в таком плане, тогда я уже взрастил в своем теле целый сад.
честно говоря, во мне так много всего, за что можно меня не любить, что не хватит и дня, чтобы об этом рассказать.
но ты уж поверь: если человек, глядя на себя в зеркало, воет от досады и презрения, значит, есть повод для нелюбви к себе.
я понимаю, что во мне столько всякого дерьма, от которого не очиститься вовек, что, только думая о себе, уже тянет блевать.
я ужасен.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
