- 22, а я одела штаны из софтшелла, под них очень тёплое ермобельё, 2 куртки, одна пуховка, вторая тонкая из корелофта, это прималофт, скрученный в спираль, тонкий и пиздец тёплый флис, носки походные в трек на минус и варежки на -20.
Применила принцип из похода - перед выходом на улицу хорошо согреться (в ванной) и сразу одеться по принципу многослойности. И постоянно где-то греться, или активно двигаться, и мне охуенно.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
