Прослушал 3 главы клевой книжки Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers (кажется, еще не переведена на русский). Предвкушаю еще 15 часов инфы по биохимии тела, и за счет чего именно убивают НЭ, через какие механизмы в человеке. Неожиданно увлекательно, начал выписывать всякие новые понятия: гомеостаз и аллостаз, нейротрансмиттеры и т.д. Ну и стимулирует взяться снова за свои НЭ.
Утром играли в бадминтон, нашел в Т достойного соперника - едва выиграл его :) Когда отдыхал, неожиданно возникло нсл.
Первый за две недели секс с С. 6 дпо.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
