Общался с Л по скайпу. Буду еще так делать, пока не понял какой эффект. До разговора выписал темы, которые интересны и впечатления о кот хочется рассказать. Реализовал большинство и когда темы закончились, не было неловкости сказать, что я все, наобщался.
Вчера значительный(для меня) обьем разных мелких усилий.
Вчера была возможность встретиться, поебаться, но не хотелось, сж нет уже 4й день.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
