ужасная тренировка. дети лет 10-13 меня как тренера не воспринимают. они думают, что я их подружка, поэтому бесятся, кидают подушками, стоят на головах, делают все, кроме того, что я им говорю. я трачу на них много сил. сейчас у меня болит горло и все текло. мне надоело что-то им доказывать и убеждать. не хотят - не надо. из всех детей 2 меня слушают по своей инициативе и еще 2 нужно немного контролировать. так вот. Соня - та самая девочка "в космосе" сама просит всегда моей помощи. и сейчас она уже по броскам и работе с предметом лучше "звезд", которые ничего не делают. она меня слушает и понимает. я ей очень благодарна и готова ходить на треши ради нее. пусть она станет лучшей. она умница

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
