Аудиокнижка мне вдруг прояснила: аллергия - это аутоиммунная реакция, неправильная работа иммунной системы. Это кажется таким простым и логичным, что возникает уверенность, что все, кроме меня, это давно уже знали :) Иммунитет же напрямую подкашивается негативными эмоциями посредством стимуляции выработки разнообразных гормонов. Я и не знал, что есть уже отдельные области медицины, исследующие подобные взаимосвязи. Иммунитет - оч сложная штука, там десятки разных классов клеток участие принимают. Я пока даже не пытаюсь запомнить их названия и т.д, просто получаю впечатления от книжки, и иногда вот такие очевидные вещи открываю для себя :)

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
