Сегодня днём было +19! И вообще после моего возвращения из США днём ниже +9 не было, а, следовательно, дома не +13, а уже 16-17! Это ощущается как тепло!
Готовилась к птш, отследила, когда стала нарастать утомление и прекратила, чтобы не травиться.
Переносила фотки с iCloud на комп.
Много всего успела за день. Он был насыщенным, хотя и с сильно неприятными ситуациями.
Начала читать книгу на английском The Hidden life of trees про то, что деревья более живые, чем мы думаем, подаренную спонсором.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
