Уже посмотрела первую квартиру. Нр что очень близко от моря, 3 минуты пешком:) в центре,рядом гольф и считается очень престижным р-он. Вокруг клевые дома, только этот старый. Квартира нр (для этих денег) можно будет торговаться. Старая, но можно ее клево переделать. У меня есть рабочие, кот не дорого все сделают там. Нр что вокруг есть земельный участок, можно посадить зеленых морд. Думаю что если ее отделать можно будет легко сдавать, тк близко к морю и к центру. А мб потом и продам, если будет выгодно и куплю другую старую, кот. тоже отделаю. Или буду сдавать турикам на лето. До середины января уже куплю кв и отделаю, есть много вариантов и я смогу найти то че хочу. Мне интересно!!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
