ездила на собеседование. не выспалась, и весь день болит голова и фон ндв.
компания - крутой известный бренд. но условия работы - как в 90-е. жесткий график работы с 9 утра. офис в ебенях - ехать на метро час, а потом еще от метро на корп транспорте. у меня сильное недоумение, почему до сих пор существуют такие жесткие графики. это же бред. кому-то комфортно работать утром, а у кого-то более продуктивно получается работать в 6-9 вечера. зачем всех строить как на заводе? как будто не нужна продуктивность, нужно только послушание, как в армии. и на фоне того, что уже довольно много компаний со свободным графиком, такие жесткие компании воспринимаются как атавизм.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
