Я поняла, что ещё и во многом ограничиваю себя. Сейчас я постоянно жду ответа в ВатсАппе и волнуюсь, что скажет Чарли. При этом, мне стыдно заглядывать туда и волноваться.
Хотя, на самом деле, это естественные вещи, которых я уже должна перестать бояться.
Тут такая же ситуация, как с выходом из бесед. Я имею право это делать, как и проверять не разблокировали ли меня или не ответили ли мне.
Господи, опять создаю проблемы на том месте, где кроме меня никто и ничего не видит. Это нормально, проверять ответили тебе или нет. Не нормально - волноваться из-за того, что ты проверяешь.
Ебучее чувство вины, блять.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
