Сегодня не выспался, лег в 1.30, перевод часов на 3 часа вперед не очень помогает, цлс выдергивать себя раньше, возможно засыпать в наушниках, чтобы не мешал шум с улицы. Самое большое препятствие - это сильное желание впечатлений к ночи. Может быть цлс сдвигать рабочий день к утру и освобождать полностью ранний вечер для впечатлений.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
