Озверядка, паблики, думание. Только сейчас понимаю, что я не привыкла вообще что-то решать. Это ведь ответственность - ставить перед собой определенные цели, принимать решения, следить за выполнением. Проще обвинить таинственное "оно" в своих проблемах, плыть по течению.
Я только начинаю называть свои "проблемы" задачами и начала вот выписывать такие задачи, способы их решения. Оказывается если так подходить к "нерешаемым проблемам", то они оказываются решаемыми, даже оч простыми. За выполнением задач я не слежу, пока только стала выписывать их. Мелкие сит, типа "не могу долго проснуться". Прикольно.
Ща свалю в магаз. Ещё есть задача свалить из Ссср, охота подумать тоже, искать логово.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
