работала с 9 утра до 8 вечера.
общалась с коллегой, которой сегодня отказала в помощи - потому что при моей загруженности не остается времени на помощь ей. а она вчера до часа ночи отчет делала. я ей объясняла, что надо сокращать кол-во задач и переносить дедлайны по текущим и что мы тут не в рабстве. она была категорически против. ее основными тезисами было:
* это специфика индустрии, тут так принято
* так работает весь коллектив, я не могу уйти и бросить задачи на других
* я не прям умираю
* клиент требует
Удивляет такое добровольное рабство. И да, я в такой коллектив не вливаюсь, ко мне уже НО начинается и обиды из-за отказов.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
