это не запись действий вообще, действий никаких, успевание разных дел.
не чувствую напряжения.
если был бы выбор, пришлось бы мучиться.
без эмоций выбор особенно сложен, когда результат не понятно зачем нужен тем более.
обычно не выбираю.
поэтому жизнь не имеет ни цвета, ни запаха, ни вкуса.
расслабленность - это автоматика, это отсутствие выбора.
который должен происходить каждый момент жизни.
выбор по сути между одной и другой помойкой, чего уж там, из огня да в полымя, из двух зол.
это констатация факта. планы составлены.
мысли шлейфятся и уводят от ощущений, иначе бы произошли изменения. но, нет.
ещё болею немного.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
