Поиграл активно в футбол, минут 20 с каким-то египтянином. Это то, чего мне не хватало пару месяцев. Выдохся, жара, но теперь состояние супер довольное.
Читал о том, как фабрикуют уголовные дела в России https://zona.media/article/2017/06/04/diary О том, как людей доводят до состояния, когда они уже рады что получат "всего 10 лет" - человек психически изможден в ожидании и бессмысленных мытарствах по судам, и уже на все согласен, лишь бы быстрее все кончилось и началась новая жизнь в тюрьме.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
