Сюрпризом была разбушевавшая вегетатика с трудностью дыхания,потливостью,каким то общим недомоганием. Но без страхов,скорее чего-то не хватало, что и вызывало волнение.
Сунул элзепам под язык эффекта ноль,бекарбон с красавкой помог.
Но эмоционально не пробиваем,психологически скорее на троечку,но тут повлияла погода,не смог поехать поработать,очень холодно,что и расстроило.
Лежу целый день,ничего не делаю...Наталья Михайловна уезжала,перезаписался на пятницу 10.
Не могу без дела совсем, с ума схожу.
Как люди могут бездельничать постоянно,это же мука какая!
Оденусь схожу куплю мяса собакам,побалую завтра,заодно проветрюсь.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
