Нужен ритуал. Любая последрвательность действий, которая поможет избавиться от гнетущих мыслей. Главное верить в эту последовательность, и не зацикливаться, а это я активно практикую.
Покурить - излить жалобу сюда - принять душ. И наконец забыть этот день.
Курю еще одну. Дурацкие люди, дурацкая ситуация, дурацкая я. Хотя если рассматривать адекватно, не было ничего такого. Только осело это все довольно глубоко. Буды ватравливать никотином.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.

Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
