Оч клево сегодня гуляли по окрестностям Бахчисарая. Тут много птиц, и если уйти подальше от людей, то можно смотреть на красивый каньон, слушать звуки птиц и сверчков и нюхать воздух. Он тут пахнёт разным: травой, сиренью, можжевельником и просто свежестью.
Я наконец вернулась в адекватное состояние, когда нет ннв к себе и могу спокойно обдумывать свои неприятные проявления
Горячий душ после 12,6 км пешком - это так приятно

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
