Придумал клевый способ выбирать и читать книги (не художественные). В инете есть сайты (в т.ч. бесплатные), на которых можно найти краткое изложение почти любой книги. Например: http://www.deconstructingexcellence.com/ . Читая эти выдержки, становятся понятны основные идеи книги, и после этого может захотеться ее целиком прочесть (или прослушать). А может не захотеться. Если захочется, то получится более эффективное чтение, потому что информация лучше усваивается при движении от общего к деталям (клевая идея, стыренная из этого TED-выступления: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_CFtPOUx7Hk). Я часто из-за деревьев не вижу леса, читая книгу, а такой подход решает эту проблему.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
