Щас решил пробежать 3 км на время. Получилось 13.55. Первый километр вообще за 3.56. Не ожидал от себя такого результата. Думал просто уложиться в 15 минут. Правда, пульс на последнем километре был постоянно 180 и выше. Это не полезно.
Но в целом система работает. Чтобы бегать быстро - надо много бегать медленно. Продолжу пока есть желание этим заниматься. Думаю до июля, а потом перерыв на месяц во всех тренировках.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.

Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
