в обед ездила на последний сеанс массажа. по дороге делала декламацию "я достойна любви такая, какая есть". представляла, что это так - сначала к этому было сильное сопротивление. немного стало получаться, появилась расслабленность и ж любить.
на массаже в кабинете была одна с массажистом. и было так приятно, когда его руки доходили до талии. вообще у меня шейно-грудной массаж.. но он всегда доходит до талии. стала спрашивать его, возбуждает ли его массировать девушек. и он аккуратно рассказал, что это работа, но бывает и флирт, телефонами обменивается. спросила его, возьмет ли мой. было страшно так нагло себя вести. и в то же время это возбуждало. договорились, что приеду к нему домой.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
