выписывала свои позитивные качества. их тяжело различить - потому что для меня это нечто само собой разумеющееся, к тому же я принижаю себя тем, что я ничего особого не делала, чтобы это у меня было. вспоминала, кто из симпатов к чему выражал восхищение во мне - так составила список из 8 пунктов. появилась симп к такой девочке, уверенность в том, что она уже достойна быть любимой, быть в окружении дружелюбных людей.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
