Почему люди считают, что иметь достойные условия труда - слишком большой запрос?
"Меня не волнует, чем ты сегодня занята. Езжай на смену". Заебись, конечно.
Для многих то, что тебя выдирают посреди выходного дня - норма. Постоянные замены - норма. Оставаться на час сверхурочно, когда ты болеешь - вполне себе. И все из-за тупых ошибок руководства, которые мотивируют людей уволиться.
Я заметила, что для давних сотрудников это все самой собой разумеющееся. И многие считают, что просить нормальной зарплаты, постоянных локаций и прочего - постыдно. Ты слишком многого хочешь. Все терпят, и ты терпи.
Только хуй. Отработаю и уволюсь. На смену сегодня не поехала. У меня выходной.
Слишком много мата.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
