Пожрал несквика и венских вафель, пахлавы. Разучил разминку в тай ци Вращение чаш. Понра, особенно в левую сторону почему-то, подрочил и пошел в лес. Там опять делал вращение чаш. Было вообще охуенское чувство как будто слабый вихрь двигается. Теперь хочу каждый день делать.
Захотелось кончить и кончил. Думаю что из-за неприяных ощущ в простате. А нехуй себя в попу трахать так сильно. Еще сперма оказалась бурого цвета. Вери бэд. Но сост +1-2

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
