Сталкивалась с этим дважды. Первый в детстве/подростком возрасте с родственником, второй когда уже училась в вузе с близкой подругой.
Прошлого не изменить. Чтобы продолжать общение нужно все обговорить. Да, банально, но без этого никак. Ни с кем из этих людей мы никогда не затрагивали эти темы. И я чувствую как отдаляюсь. С первым смирилась, даже всеравно стало, а вот со второй не хочется терять связи. Страшно самой начать этот разговор, ведь не знаешь к чему в итоге он приведет.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
