Полила кучу дат.
Учила нрвж - посадила много всего, тренировалась в произношении, приятно говорить на нрвж и я уже могу составлять немного простых фраз, типа "мне нравятся яблоки". Хочу говорить на нем свободно! Нашла в инете курс по грамматике, и пока все пнм, ура.
40 у - 50 мин - возвращала энергичность в озв-русло, устраняла встревоженность, вспоминала чувство тайны и все только нчн. Есть проступания офо в руках, лице, но я пока не знаю что это.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
