Самая радостная неделя за этот год. Расслабленно, как на отдыхе; совесть на каникулах. На душе нет этого гнетущего ощ "столько всего ещё надо успеть". В действительности много чего необходимо успеть усвоить за август, чтобы закрыть хвосты, но это не страшит. Сделала план на ост время, чтобы прикинуть, сколько у меня времени.
Нравлюсь себе внешне. Хожу будто голая, даже когда одета. Спокойствие мне к лицу.
Передвигаюсь, наконец, на своих двоих; это очень приятно. Ленюсь делать лфк и пропускаю иногда физио. Надоело пить таблетки, на них тоже подзабила

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
