Позавчера. Первый раз загорала топлесс на обычном пляже. Очень.понравилось, приятно обдувает ветерок, и греет мысль об идеалном загаре:) кажется что в Европе я бы вообще забыла о существовании верхней части купальника. У нас всё-таки лучше одеваться. Но думаю через пару лет все расслабятся, в том числе и я:) все к тому идёт. И дух свободы в людях очень отчётливый.
Ощущаю много позитивных эмоций, по поводу и без. Запоминаю эти состояния.
И ещё. На пляже всё-таки весело слушать музыку а не книги, как бы не хотелось полезно провести время:) в последний день сделала открытие:) а загар все равно потрясающий, лучший из тех что были у меня) КАЙФ!!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
