Когда же ты поймёшь, что копание во мне, в моей натуре, в моих действиях не приносит никакого толку. Чем больше копаешься во мне – тем больше упускаешь свою жизнь.
А жизнь, учти, с каждым годом всё короче и короче.
Всё меньше даётся тебе шанс поменять какую-то долю себя. Развить себя. Залезть в самые укромные уголки своей души и навести там порядок. Принести в свой разум лёгкость и спокойствие. Найти точку опоры над собой. Познать здравомыслие. Прочувствовать все эмоции, на которые ты способен. И найти тем самым новые эмоции.
Научить себя поднимать уголки рта вверх чаще – легче пускать мысль по течению.
А я как-нибудь. Ангедония – не так уж и страшно для человека 19 лет.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
