Предлагаю снять ограничение на длину поста, но посты >700 символов не отображать в общей ленте.
Я так понимаю, что общая лента нужна чтобы просто следить за текучкой жизни разных людей и (возможно) находить интересных – ну вот пусть они сами и решают – писать пространные простыни чтобы их никто не читал, или писать кратко, чтобы посты отображались в общем потоке.
Аргумент «для длинных постов есть ЖЖ» вполне здравый. Но вот мне лень регать ЖЖ или какие-то ещё блоги, загружать каждый раз громоздкие страницы, отключать комменты и т.д. Хочу свободно и без ограничений писать тут свои текущие мысли, описывать состояния, пусть даже они будут видны только у меня в ленте (только если зайти в профиль)

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
