Еще один неплохой день. С утра сделал тренировку от Идо Портала с хендстендами и прочей капуэйрой. А завтра отборюсь как чемп. День провел на работе - и все стабильно нормально.
Вечер провел как истинный англичанин - за долгой вечерней прогулкой и мастурбацией.
Прочел первую часть " Лидерство и самооправдание" на удивление приятная книга а не очередное "тимбилдинговое гавно" которое я ждал.
PS впереди два выходных и надеюсь они будут продуктивны

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
