Шоу заключалось в пародии на показ мод, только у "моделей" постоянно были видны голые сиськи-письки-попки, а один мужик, ведущий себя, как гей, даже подрочил на "подиуме". Возбуждало пару раз чуть-чуть, на 1-2, и приятно было посмотреть на 2 красивых тела, а все остальное - хрень какая-то, типа мужика с животом и мелкой пиписькой :) Тем не менее событие прогрессивное, побольше бы таких! Публика аплодировала.
Сегодня в зале сильно нагрузил плечи и бицепсы, так что сейчас на ночь подкормил их куриной грудкой и греческим йогуртом. Но хорошая ли это была идея, станет понятно утром.
Продолжаю себя спрашивать, что сейчас испытываю - такая простая и приятная практика, завтра буду продолжать.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
