Переписка с Н. Ситуация с ее агрессивным отцом, от которого мне не охота прятаться, и с которым есть шанс пересечься в сб. Пытаюсь сформировать позицию, отношение к ситуации, решение, как действовать. Не хочу жить со страхом случайно пересечься с каким-то мудаком, который знает меня в лицо. И уж тем более не хочу подпитывать уверенность, что я делаю что-то "плохое" - все-таки Н даже не 16. Но и лезть в семейные дела ко взрослой девочке, которая боится папулю, тоже слабо охота.
Купил Darm mit Charme на немецком и скачал аудио с русским переводом. Тема физиологии, питания выделяется на фоне других интересов, поэтому, кажется, с удовольствием буду читать, подучивая заодно немецкий.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
