день получился большой, но время шло очень быстро. прямо утром поняла, что нужно будет за ним бежать, как-то необычно быстро шли минуты
работа работой, ничего нового, потом гимнастика. сегодня было 4 человека на индивидуальном, одну забрали (перенеся на среду). это много для меня. 2 еще куда не шло, но 4... + все остальные хотят моего внимания, сложно разорваться и дать кому-то результат. больше всех от меня пользы получает Алиса, у нас есть время быть 1 на 1, Ли и Ди только растянула сегодня хорошо, а Ариша малая еще, чтоб что-то у нее выходило и леньтяйка. хочется приходить и давать максимум, расстраиваюсь, когда не получается. после пошла к Д, дома оказалась в 20:30
хочу спать, а надо сети

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
