По моему мои мысли полностью поглощает работа, однозначно минус себе.. Отмечу лишь то, что завтра со мной едет босс, смотреть на то как я продаю, интересно. Посмотрим что скажет, даже если все плохо, что врятли, приму спокойно, сделаю выводы, исправлю ошибки, все просто. Мы многое усложнаяем, тратя ресурсы организма.
Сейчас, полный контроль только над теми действиями, что совершаю. Исключить, любые фантазии, прогнозы и тд. Надо фокусироваться, на моменте. Иначе, и проживем вот так вот в мечтах, да страхах, упуская истинный момент

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
