Счастлива что выпнулась на лёд. Мои меня узнавали,здоровались.Вообще хоккей люблю,а тут ещё мои пацаны. Получила удв.
А.общался невнимательно,половину времени в телефоне торчал.На ?что там важного,мы давно не виделись так то,сказал,что чистит чат.Занавес. и он ещё чего то там от меня хотел?
Сходила на встречу с тренером Крав маги.Понра.у них курс с сент набран,уже ушли далеко.Могу начать и сейчас,но я решила с сент всетаки,пока зубы,потом разъезды,и охота с нуля,по хорошему.
Много гуляла пешком,чвств себя живой,энергичной,лёгкой,красивой.Всем улыбаюсь, это удивительно.Меньше гнева,больше приятности жить.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
