Одного оргазма все-таки мало. Общее состояние изменилось незначительно, зато появилась раздражительность к вечеру. Кончил еще раз с К (жалко, что это уже было слишком поздно вечером, и не получилось получить максимум удв). Два - в самый раз.
Удивительная новость из ленты про Бальзака и его адекватное отношение к оргазмам - видимо, это как-то связано с тем, что у французов для оргазма есть выражение la petite mort (маленькая смерть). Прямо отголоски национального эзотерического знания у французов :)

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
