Продолжаю делать 10-мин фиксации. Сформулировала мнение о некоторых главах книги Китайское исследование - приятно так делать, приятно анализировать то, о чем я читаю, быть внимательной и отслеживать, где аргументы, а где закидывают шапками.
Вышла на тропу войны с секретарем. Написала письмо исполнительному директору, секретарь в копии, что я считаю неуместным выражать ненависть и писать угрозы коллегам - секретарь развесила по всему офису объявы типа "Смой свое гавно" - в туалете или что ее ДОСТАЛО делать замечания и чтобы все вытирали за собой стол, иначе не будет выдавать кофе и тп. Страшно от реакции секретаря, но приятно выражать свою позицию и несогласие с таким отношением к себе

I like a lot that there are no comments on !F. Here I have an impression that I am writing just for myself. I have less concern that my message will be evaluated.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
